Partners Darci Burrell and Jean Hyams have been named to the Advisory Board of BetterBrave. Formed in 2017 in response to public outcry over sexual harassment, BetterBrave seeks to empower the workforce to create a safe and equitable workplace free of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation through innovative resources, tools and trainings.
Founders Tammy Cho and Grace Choi consulted survivors of sexual harassment, attorneys and human resources professionals to create BetterBrave’s innovative Guide for Targets of Harassment. The guide offers information about employee rights, free resources, and tips on how employees can take action when they have become targets.
